Shipping policy

We are firm believers in 'free' shipping just because it's simpler to absorb the cost within our pricing. In some cases, however, this is not possible and that cost has to be borne by you. If you live outside of the UK, provided the cost does not exceed £100, we will cover the cost of posting. If the item is a high value item in need of insurance and requires special delivery the cost may need to be shared. Whilst I take every precaution to ensure my products reach you in the best of condition we cannot be held liable for damage in transit. Damage in transit is the responsibility of the carrier and as such claims must be made by you to them. All receipts of postage will be kept for future reference and every item will require a signature as proof of delivery. This is to protect both of us whilst your purchases are in transit and to minimise the risk of losses to both parties.
