I absolutely adore the colouring in this Lace Agate cabochon. I chose to set it in a sterling silver full bezel using fine silver bezel wire & sterling silver back to ensure that the cab gets your full attention. It's been well burnished to ensure the light catches the polished edge of the silver and bounces onto the central cab.
The bail is a continuation of the bezel & 'looped' over. The edge of the bezel is left deliberately slightly uneven to give it that 'natural' look. The banding on the agate is very subtle and the camera doesn't pick up the 2 tone effect of the banding.
The colour is more a sea foam than the 'blue' tones the camera has captured but that's because our eyes interpret colour & depth differently.
It's sleek and minimal and will complement any wardrobe. The cabochon itself is responsibly sourced from Java, Indonesia. It has been photographed with linen cord but will be sent with a sterling silver snake chain because this matches the style of the cab better. Just let me know what size you want - it will be sent with a 16" chain as default.
Hallmarked by London Assays office as Sterling Silver it has my "mizzc" hallmark to ensure traceability.
As with all of my makes, it will be packaged in reusable packaging designed to put a smile on your face.
